Born and raised in Baltimore, Duran earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, with a concentration in Finance, from Morgan State University. He is excited to build on his education through hands-on experience and continue developing his knowledge of the industry.
Sports have played an important role in shaping who Duran is today. Growing up, he played football and ran track and field, where he learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Those experiences continue to influence his approach to everyday life, reminding him of the importance of staying focused, supporting others, and putting in the work to achieve his goals.
Outside of work, Duran enjoys spending time with friends and family. They keep him grounded, motivated, and remind him of what matters most. Whether he is spending time with the people closest to him or working toward a new goal, Duran believes in continuing to grow, staying true to himself, and making the most of every opportunity.
